SN
(Redirected from Storage Network)
Alteeve Wiki :: How To :: SN |
SN is an acronym for "Storage Network".
In clustering, this is the subnet used for storage network traffic. Generally this is either DRBD or iSCSI traffic. Given the large amount of bandwidth needed for clustered storage, it is generally a good idea to use this network for no other purpose. However, if you have sufficient bandwidth and are lacking the physical interfaces for a third network, you can consider merging this with the BCN.
