Installing a Brother MFC-7840W on Fedora 14

This is a quick tutorial on getting the Brother MFC-7840W's scanner working in Fedora 14, x86_64.
Download
You need to download two RPMs.
- brscan3 Brother - AN! backup
- scan-key-tool Brother - AN! backup
Install
Assuming they are in your Downloads directory, you can run:
sudo yum install --nogpgcheck ~/Downloads/brscan*
Configure
Here there is a problem with Brother's documents. They say to run brsaneconfig2, but this is a version 3 device, so you need to run brsaneconfig3. This also needs to have the full path specified.
sudo /usr/bin/brsaneconfig3 -a name=mfc-7840w model=MFC-7840W ip=10.255.0.137
Obviously, replace the IP address with the one your device has. If you are trying to follow this for a different model, the model= must be exact. You can see a full list of model numbers by running brsaneconfig3 -q.
You can now use simplescan or xsane!
